Shipping Policy:

Owl's Lab provides FREE GROUND SHIPPING! Enter the code "FREE" at checkout and shipping costs will be handled by us!

Owl’s Lab ships to 170 countries worldwide

Once items have been delivered by the carrier Owl’s Lab does not retain responsibility. If your package was lost or stolen after delivery we will not replace or credit the merchandise.

Orders placed after 1pm will be processed and shipped by the following day.

For Next Business Day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 12pm EST Monday to Friday for delivery on the next business day between 9am and 5pm.

Ground, Canada Express and International Express orders will be delivered 9am-5pm on weekdays.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.

Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 15 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. Sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE so please choose carefully!

We will NOT accept returns of merchandise bought online to our Owl’s Lab store location.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once your package has been received at Owl’s Lab, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from owlslab.com.

Anything purchased with a discount code is final sale and is not returnable and non-refundable.
